Friendship Elementary School Music Program Summary

Our Elementary School Music Program introduces students to the fundamentals of music through singing, movement, instrument play, and creative expression. Students explore rhythm, melody, and musical notation while learning songs from a variety of cultures and styles. The program fosters listening skills, teamwork, and self-confidence, and often integrates with other subjects to support whole-child learning. Students have opportunities to perform in concerts and school events, showcasing their progress and love for music throughout the year.

Mr. Hall teaches a structured music program that spirals learning to create well rounded, and musically talented students by 5th grade.
